Hyatt House Parsippany East Hotel

The complimentary buffet breakfast was an absolute delight. It was like having a personal chef who whipped up an array of options, from fluffy pancakes to a savory omelet bar, ensuring everyone's breakfast desires were met. It was the perfect fuel for a day of sightseeing.

Inconsistent room cleaning schedule.

The hotel provides a fridge, microwave, and a dishwasher along with dishes and silverware. The location was quiet and close to everything, which was helpful in getting us around during our stay. Also, there were BBQ stations outside the hotel which was a great facility for guests.

Nothing not too like.

Everything was simply nice. Good staff and food, I loved it.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in Parsippany. The continental breakfast was delicious, had plenty of options. They had an easy check-in.

The room was amazing! I loved having a kitchenette and a comfy sofa bed. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the air conditioning made the whole place super cozy. As a solo traveler, it felt just like home.

I wished there were more bathroom amenities.

The Hyatt House made family outdoor activities easily accessible with its convenient location near scenic hiking and biking trails, perfect for exploring together. The House Host provided invaluable assistance in arranging our tickets and giving us great recommendations for family-friendly outdoor adventures, making our stay truly memorable.

My wife says that having a dedicated children's play area or activities would have been a great addition for families traveling with kids.

This hotel was nice comfy base for exploring Parsippany, enjoyed it. They provided lots of incredible choices for breakfast that was included. Btw, the airport was 0.5 km away.

Hotel is spectacular and fairly clean, has perfect rooms and food.

The value for money at this hotel is exceptional. For a very reasonable price, you get spacious, clean, and quiet rooms with full kitchens. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is extremely pleasant and helpful. The location is great, with easy access to the Interstate and in a quiet area.

Everything was great and there is really nothing to complain about.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building not far from pathway, restaurants.

Exceptional staff, tasty breakfast, perfect location really close to major highway. Had breakfast in the bar. Nice pool to relax in too. There were free internet and easy to access parking available.

I chose this hotel for a corporate offsite as it provides ample conference space and meeting rooms. The business center and complimentary newspapers were convenient for work purposes. The staff was welcoming and the amenities were well-maintained, making it a comfortable and productive stay.

The only service I missed for work was a lack of available printing and copying facilities.

My stay here was fine. Also, location was quiet, around 10-15 minutes walk from Mazda Brook Golf Course. The onsite bar was great and the staff were helpful.

Rude, condescending, unprofessional, invasive & biased staff: Really loved how the staff made me feel as if I was inconveniencing them. Constantly reminding me to be quiet in my own room, entering without permission, and not providing basic ice or wedding favors. Truly a delightful experience. 👎

We were disappointed with the breakfast provided. the layout of the breakfast area was confusing and crowded, making it difficult to choose our selections.

The hotel was situated in a quiet area which was helpful after a long flight. The friendly staff were informative and were able to advise us on the directions to and from Newark Airport. The location was in a decent area and easy to navigate making our stay enjoyable.
